Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. If what you bought is not what you wanted, ask within fourteen days of the purchase and it is refunded in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one.

That covers a single edition pack, a monthly subscription and an annual subscription alike.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, so the refund is processed by them and returns to the card or account you paid with. Use the link on your receipt, or write to index@it-ai-index.com and it will be actioned from this end. Either way it is the same refund.

Cancel at any time, from the link on your receipt or by writing here. Canceling stops the next renewal, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Outside the first fourteen days a part-used period is not refunded or pro-rated.

If a renewal caught you by surprise, because you meant to cancel and did not, say so within thirty days of the renewal charge and it is refunded in full and canceled. That is what the no-questions part means.

The pack is published under CC BY 4.0, and a refund does not revoke that license on files you already hold. This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight: the whole record is public fourteen days after the edition compiles anyway, so there is nothing to claw back and no reason to make a refund awkward.
